He holds master’s degree in finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana. He has nineteen years’ experience in the rural banking sector of Ghana. Prior to becoming the CEO, he served in various roles including, Head of Finance & Operations, Internal Auditor, Credit Manager and Branch Manager position.

He holds an MBA in Internal Auditing, Professional Certificate in Forensic and Investigative Auditing and Certificate in Information Systems Auditing, Controls and Assurance. He has fifteen years’ experience in the banking sector.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from the University of Ghana. He has more than ten years’ experience in microfinancing and rural banking of Ghana.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a diploma in Accounting Certificate. She was a branch Accountant for three years at Microfin Rural Bank, prior to her elevation as the Bank’s Human Resource Manager. He has ten years’ experience in the banking sector.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Professional Diploma in IT (Network Engineering). He has ten years’ experience in the banking sector.
