Mrs. Dorothy Attoh; Ag. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Dorothy is the Ag CEO of the bank. She has diverse experience in banking operations, internal control and risk management. She worked with uniCredit Savings & Loans Limited as Customer Service Officer, Internal Control Officer and Risk and Compliance Officer. She also worked as a Consultant with Bluemoon; Receivership and Compliance Manager of ECPL. She was appointed as the Risk and Compliance Manager of Microfin Community Bank PLC in 2024, transitioned to Head of Operations and Ag CEO of the bank.
Dorothy holds HND in Statistics, a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Mathematics & Statistics, MBA in Finance. She is also a Chartered Banker and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. She is also a Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA) certified by the Global Academy of Finance and Management-USA
